GUEST CHECK-OUT CHECKLIST

Take a copy of the Guest Cleaning Checklist with you to Costa Rica for checking-out

Instructions:

1. Put a check mark by items that you completed

2. Print name

3. Take Cleaning Form and keys to Hotel and turn in when checking-out

___   Check-out is no later than 10:30 AM

___   All dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are clean and put away - no dishes are left in dishwasher

___   Range, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker are clean

___   Refrigerator & freezer are clean - Cleaning ladies will appreciate any extra food that you leave

___   Kitchen trash is in plastic bag, tied, and placed in trash cans located downstairs by garage doors

___   Beds are stripped and sheets and towels placed on top of washing machine

___   Bedroom and living room windows are closed - upper wood ventilation slats can remain open

___   House keys are turned in - $100 charge for lost keys

Damages - Repairs:

           Accidents happen.  We are not looking for blame only an opportunity to fix anything that may need repairing

           before the next guest arrives.

___   No accidents or damages occurred during our stay

___   Accidents or damages did occur during our stay

___   We noticed items that needed repairing

Completion of this Checklist is mandatory  Cleaning is included in the daily rate however if an excessive final clean is required, house items (towels, glasses, etc) are missing, or there are damages beyond normal wear and tear thedeposit can be forfeited.  If everything is clean and in order which has always been the case, the refundable deposit will be sent back to you within 3 days.
